After an agronomic career in the world of wine, I returned to settle in my native region with the conviction that there are also great cider terroirs.

My practices and my range of ciders are inspired by the wine world: manual harvesting, parcel and vintage cuvées, natural fermentation in bottle. This singular approach allows us to offer gourmet ciders that are found on the tables of passionate chefs.

Committed to a healthy and sustainable agriculture, the Estate is currently being converted into Organic Farming.
